Building the Passion and Confidence in Malaysian Men

Clear and Rexona announced their partnership with the Lotus F1 team to the Malaysian public with a roaring statement filled with adrenaline, speed and excitement. The two Unilever brands joined forces to transform the concourse area of Mid Valley Megamall shopping centre into a motor sporting extravaganza, in line with the build-up to the Formula 1 Malaysian Grand Prix 2013.

Clear and Rexona has partnered with Watsons to give this once-in-a-lifetime experience to the people. The consumer road show, which runs from Thursday, 21 Feb to Monday, 25 Feb, gave consumers a taste of the two brands as they took part in a series of experiential activities such as the Clear scalp test and the Rexona sweat test.

For a minimum purchase of RM20 of any Clear or Rexona product, consumers were given the opportunity to test their driving nous in the Formula 1 racing simulators on show. It was adrenaline-pumping fun as racers battled it out to be at the top of the real time LED leader board. The fastest driver, by the end of the day, won a pair of Grandstand tickets to the F1 Malaysian Grand Prix.

On Sunday, 24 Feb, the top four drivers from the previous days will battle it out for RM1,000 Watsons vouchers. Living up to Clear and Rexona’s brand values, it was a test of passion and precision for consumers seeking to be the best of the rest.

At the road show, all Watsons card members were given the privilege to don a racing jacket in the racing photo booth and snap a photo next to the ever-gorgeous racing queens, with a minimum purchase of RM20 of any Clear and Rexona products.

In the spirit of giving more to people, Clear and Rexona are also offering 3 pairs of Grandstand tickets to the Monaco F1 Grand Prix happening on 26 May 2013. These 6 privileged individuals will enjoy a 5 Day 4 Night trip to Monaco with all accommodation and flight expenses paid. In order to participate in this nationwide initiative, people need to purchase a minimum of RM 10 worth of Clear or Rexona products followed by answering a simple question.
